Not mutually exclusive that some stay local and go for the skin and
others spread via the bloodstream simultaneously.
OK. Well, maybe you could suck some spirochetes out of your bosy with a
pump anyway. I don't know how deep ticks bite, but maybe they are only
in contact with capillary vessels. If so, the spirochetes might stay a
little while localized and maybe sucking helps, or injecting ABX at the
tickbite area or something.
