permamently on this list where anyone can find it via google. The
records of Kathleen's DCF case proving that this very allegation was
made for the first time just a few days after Chuck made his psychic
prediction are with Kathleen, her lawyer and the Court. The record of
the private I-M conversation where "chuck" told me it was all a "lucky
guess" are on my hard disk, and the AoL server.

All can be produced in a courtroom when and if necessary.

The posts proving the close friendship and concerted activity between
you, "Weisman" and "Chuck" are all available in the archive of this
group, should anyone care to look.

Yes, when its Weisman concerned. That is, someone who has threatened
to kill me on this list , and was close friends with Chuck who also
did so. As I have said, I am simply letting him know what would happen
to him should he ever take it into his deranged head to come to
