on your advice I've already spoken with my family's lawyer. "in any
event, klempner often wears a bulletproof vest so a .22 would not harm
him unless he was shot in the head" as prefaced by my statements
against violence is not criminal in any form. it is a statement of
fact, not a suggestion. note I did NOT state "I suggest shooting him in
the head". on advice I removed the statement, as you will note, just to
avoid any harrassment.

any future legal fees this pathetic manufactured nonexistent incident
causes me will come out of your pocket. you will be summoned,
identified, and deposed.

see, dumbass, while I myself have roughly $300 to my name, my family
itself is pretty wealthy. you're not dealing with some scrub who can't
afford to go after someone. what you are dealing with is something
different than you may be used to harrassing.
