only one problem, drittemann. neither hamm nor anyone else solicited
murder. the most that happened is that hamm uttered a threat. but there
was no solicitation. solicitation means you have made concrete efforts
to enlist someone else in a murder conspiracy, e.g., hiring a hitman.
