Published study of Late Diagnosis and Teatement Outcomes???

I am looking for any published study of individuals diagnosed and
treated after 5 or more years of infection (since the rash).
The only study I know of about later treatment (not retreatment) was
published in the 80's and the subjects averaged 13 months post-rash .
I am going to a talk by a Fibromyalagist Thursday night, out of
curiouity as to what she knows, what she believes. I am expecting
Klempner Lite.
