Better to fight Terrorism don't you think? What use would that money
be if a terror thug sneaked a bio weapon or nuclear device in the
country?

The war on terror is #1 and needs all the funding it can get.

If they want to go after fraud they can arrest the last few LLMD's who
are still in business.
