Re: "Fraud" at Dearborn

you just gave me what I wanted....note that you yourself didn't provide
the definition, you had to look it up on a website.

which is what you typically do in your pose as a lawyer..a real lawyer
would have been able to provide the definition above without citing a
website.

moreover you have continued to demonstrate that you fail to understand
the subtle discrepancies and overlap between intent and motive, which a
real lawyer would acknowledge. criminal intent is exactly that - an
intent to break the law. motive is the motivation for criminal intent
which is often, as I have previously stated, necessary to obtain a
conviction in front of a jury. intent comes more into play when charges
are filed, as you would know if you were a real lawyer.

a real lawyer with extensive or even cursory trial experience would
understand the importance of motive - especially in complex cases where
establishing definite proof of intent or other elements may be
difficult. i.e. circumstantial cases. a real lawyer would understand
that most cases which go to trial have varying levels of evidence which
would establish intent among other things. this is why we have a jury
system in america. otherwise, in your very limited and fascist
fact-based world, there would be no need for juries or even trials
because at the moment of arrest the defendent would be guilty.

you seem to base your knowledge of the legal system on textbook and
website definitions, and do not understand that most crimes will not
fit these "elements". in fact many convictions are obtained in which
criminal intent is not established.

since you have been dogging kathleen endlessly about some of her
statements, I now challenge you to provide proof of your own. where did
you go to law school? in what state is your license? what experience do
you have? etc. etc.

you cannot and will not answer these questions because you are a FRAUD
whose education is largely based on one or two grisham novels and
extensive experience watching judge judy.
