Well, now that I have seen the "case" Kathleen filed, my conversation
with Mr.Michael Bl----ski, or whatever...(seems to have been the same
guy)...makes more sense to me. He apparently thought I was calling in
reference to, or understood about the other matter.

So, now...it appears to me that Kathleen was NOT being overtly
dishonest. And when he was talking about "returning materials" it was
in accord with the last entered order that Woodtick pointed out.

It appears that Kathleen herself decided to file suit and then tried to
get the US Attorney to take it over.

That is NOT what the US Attorney does. It never occurred to me that
someone would try something that...uhhh...unusual(?).(Not the word I
want to use...trying to be civil here).

If you file a civil RICO suit...you do so with private counsel. Please
don't encourage people to further beleagure the US Attorney's
office...they have work to do.

No, Cal...cheerleading this is not helpful. Have you seen the list of
defendants? Who's supposed to fund this litigation?
