We need his initials, anyone has them?
Crimes: Deliberately denying treatment, denying diagnosis, abusing his
reputation as a "Lyme expert" to testify in court that "Chronic Lyme does
not exist and should not be treated if it would exist".

Please all contribute to this thread and let's make a comprehensive
blacklist!
