There are 60.000 newsgroups, it is most improbable that both JOPN and
Chuck P Adams posted on sci-med.lyme and alt.fan.howard-stern.

Let's say that of the 60,000 newsgroups, only 1000 are of actual
interest to anyone. So let's assume there are only 1000 regularly
frequented newsgroups. The
chance that it is a coincidence is in that case 1000 x 1000, a chance
of 1::1,000,000, one to one in a million.

Now, let us compare the tenure and style of the posts of Nowakowski:

I would like to Ad to Frank's above post. Chuck claims to live in
Greenwich, and the Westchester medical center, Dr Nowakowski's hospital
is the next town over. It is only ten miles away, that seems strange to
me. They also seem to like sports and doing a google search, Chuck has
posted in sports newsgroups on a regular basis and both own AOL
accounts.

Kathleen also named Dr. Nowakowski in her RICO complaint. That could
explain his/chucks current anger at Kathleen.
