Beyond doubt some parents intentionally make their children sick. But
if you are going to accuse someone of it, much less break up a family
and/or jail a parent, you should have some proof that this has been the
case, don't you think?

Meadow's ideology meant that no proof was required, and his legacy
continues, albeit under new terminology in Britain.

What in the above constitutes "quackery" as opposed to alternative
medicine? The idea that worms are co-infecting ticks? Go and read up on
the day Willy Burgdorfer discovered Bb, and you will find that he only
discovered it because he wanted to examine Shelter Island ticks more
closely to find more of the microfilaria (microscopic worm life stages)
that he had ALREADY found in them.

Many other researchers have found microfilaria co-infecting ticks, and
some believe they may be pathogenic in humans.

The amount of salt -1.5 g per 20 lbs is not unreasonable for an adult.
That would be approx 9 g of salt a day for me. If I had that meal of
sausage and beans plus a tin of soup and a couple of packets of crisps,
I'd probably have exceeded that already. As far as I know that protocol
is intended for an adult. Notice he is also monitoring the BP closely.

If he was prescribing this to all, regardless of renal function or
blood pressure, then of course he would be dangerous. But I dont know
that he is doing that, do you have proof that he is?

Megadoses of Vitamin C have been used safely too. As for the
electromagnetic stuff, I dont know if it is effective or not. Is it
safe? I dont know. Are the millions of mobile phones used daily round
the world safe? I dont know. Should we throw all the high street phone
vendors in jail? There's far more evidence that the phones are unsafe -
especialy for children - than there is that Klinghardt's protocol is
unsafe. Will you be lobbying to have the head of Nokia locked up for
life, Martijn? Or do you just pick on Lyme patients and alternative
health docs?
