Try "PATHETIC".

Some of the posters here are actually former mental patients who are
not "currently under restraint". I am quite serious. Under those
circunstances, I would have to question the judgement of a medical
professional who would engage others in discussion here.

A few of these very same people fancy themselves as some sort of
experts in "microbiology".
