....when the defendant (Connecticut, here) files a "MOTION TO
DISMISS"...
....the plaintiff then files a "RESPONSE" or "REPLY" to the MOTION TO
DISMISS...
....and prays that the defendant's motions be "DENIED".
You don't file a "Motion to dismiss the motion to dismiss".
There is a responsive pleading to the Motion to Dismiss due December 2
from the PLAINTIFF.
And unless the PLAINTIFF responds and addresses the serious issues
raised by the DEFENDANT, including, but not limited to, lack of in
personam jurisdiction, lack of subject matter jurisdiction, improper
venue, sovereign immunity, failure to state a cognizable cause of
action upon which relief could be granted...
....the COURT will have no option but to DISMISS the alleged "class
action" as requested by the DEFENDANT.
And wasting everyone's time with irrelevant, non-responsive drivel
about the WTC collapse don't help none, neither.
