h. Charities, foundations, governmental organizations and
non-governmental organizations, including UNAIDS, WHO, World Bank,
IMF, etc have wasted billions of dollars to organize projects such as
national and international dining and wining seminars, lectures,
conferences, INTERNATIONAL AIDS/HIV DAY, symposia, over 200 dangerous
anti-retrovirals medications and prevention plan either by vaccines and
other means etc. Disgracefully and murderously, now that cures have
been found majority went underground to avoid plan to avert the
on-going genocide in Africa against the Blacks inside and outside
Africa. If AIDS and HIV infected non-Blacks across the world, this
vicarious impact to divert criminal incursion and proliferation from
the original sources.
i. After the discovery of this cures, onlookers are shocked
and surprised that several charities, foundations, governmental and
non-governmental organizations, including UNAIDS, WHO, World Bank,
IMF, etc were contacted and properly informed to release fund to
purchase the medications (cures) but non of them has responded to
letters of Inquiry in midst of the on-going scourge of deaths in
Africa.
j. Prior to the action in sub-paragraph 1 (a) to (e) above,
several years research and investigation were conducted by the
inquirers/applicants and in late September and October 2004; the
dissident and non-dissident scientists and inventors in the world were
assembled in different international fora to talk about cure and
prevention education. The medications have been tested on victims of
AIDS and HIV inside and outside Africa with

excellent and permanent cure result. 1980s - present diversionary
efforts were placed on worthless project to facilitate the intended
genocide.
k. The project which we now present to you and African
Americans is short and long term participatory, transitional,
partnership and collaborative program with sufficient plan for
transition into national and international projects. The initial
purchase will convince the mass people that the medication is capable
of curing and eliminating AIDS and HIV in human body. On the prevention
education, the same acceptance will be earned.
3. Example of the Cure Medications: Tetrasilver Tetroxide
Molecular Crystal Medications and Capacity to Eliminate AIDS and HIV
Completely in Human Body:
a. For example, Tetrasilver tetroxide is one of the five (5)
AIDS and HIV cures which the selection committees/councils selected in
October 2004 out of the 23 scientific inventions submitted by AIDS and
HIV scientists under ad hoc international conference fora. It is
organized ad hoc or secret because of the alleged fear as result of the
threat unleashed here and there internationally by certain
pharmaceutical companies and their sponsors or grantors.
b. The medications are insoluble and it remains embedded in
tissues as free molecules and as microscopic aggregates. The particle
surface acts, as supra oxidation-reduction catalyst that cleans the
body of viral activity without causing any unwanted long-term and
short-term side effects.
c. The diamagnetic semiconducting molecular crystal
tetrasilver tetroxide (Ag.sub.4 O.sub.4) is utilized for destroying the
AIDS virus, destroying AIDS synergistic pathogens and immunity
suppressing moieties (ISM) in humans.
d. A single intravenous injection of the medications is
all that is required for efficacy at levels of about 40 PPM of human
blood. The medication molecular crystal contains two mono and two
trivalent silver ions capable of "firing" electrons capable of
electrocuting the AIDS virus, pathogens and ISM.
e. When administered into the bloodstream, the medications
electrons will be triggered by pathogens, a proliferating virus and
ISM, and when fired will simultaneously trigger a redox chelation
mechanism resulting in divalent silver moieties, which chelate and bind
active sites of the entities destroying them. The mediations are
completely non-toxic.
4. Specimen Treatment/Cure Prior to Funding:
a. To secure confidence and trust, all financiers/grantors
desiring to fund the project are permitted to recommend one full blown
out AIDS/HIV Patient with Positive Test certificate to receive free
treatment/cure. The cure medications have been administered inside and
outside Africa (including the United States of America).

b. The Scientists/Inventors/Chemists have agreed to
mass-produce the devices in accordance with the international
humanitarian legislation affordable to governmental and
non-governmental AIDS and HIV organizations and agencies including poor
nations and peoples.
5. Project and Implementation
a. Upon consideration of the on-going letter of inquiry, we will
prepare professional proposal on cure and prevention education that
would be implemented in the African American communities.
b. The cure and prevention education aspects will be handled in
association with the Departments of Health and Education in these
communities. We will recommend only one week training for the within
staff and enter into durable consultation agreement with the
communities to facilitate transition from the pilot project to expanded
health and education delivery programs.
6. Production and Supply Potential
a. We will be able to supply 4million doses within two months from
the date order is made.
b. The delivery will be carried out immediately and landing will be
within the same period of two months for the communities inside the
United States of America.
c. Offices of NIPAD and Member NGOs and Councils/Committees are
opened 24 Hours/Day and 7 Days/Week including statutory holidays.
