Anyway, my point is that there is censorship, and no free speech.

Looks that way, yes.

The problem starts when you begin banning people for being
"disruptive"...when, in reality, they are only presenting opposing
viewpoints.

Apparently, the "forum" moderators don't like disagreement...they find
this "upsetting".

I think "milkthistle3" did not brake any of the forum rules, so what is
the reason he/she was banned? Just because they (Lou B et al?) didn't
like the opinions and statements of "milkthistle3"?

Yes. Apparently.

There are many opinions and statements expressed on LymeNUT that IMO are
dubious or clearly wrong. Some posters even brake rules: advertising,
harassment, posting in wrong forum, etc.

The regulars can get away with all that. Only, when they criticize
LymeNUT, even they risk censorship and banning. Right, Tincup?

This particular instance doesn't seem all that onerous or damaging to
me...but the one involving the so-called "LLMD" desperately phoning the
Vatican in the middle of the night...and similar descriptions of some
business practices...

....to me, that is VERY important information that Lyme patients SHOULD
have access to so that they can make informed decisions about their
care and care providers.

When people remove that information from view, they are creating far
more harm than they realize.
