Loon...got news for you...that sort of public comment session is
usually reserved for the appearance of public input.

Notice that I say "APPEARANCE".

Normally, decisions have already been made.

Only a hopeless naive neophyte rank amateur would think that kind of
testimony has ANY impact whatever.

You think that *** is REAL? Good Gawd.

Those that understand the process will sometimes use public comment to
lay their objections on the record...

....but anyone who is claiming that their testimony saved the day is
just a laughingstock buffoon.

When people like you come in front of the panel...it is time to go
behind chambers and take a piss...or have a smoke...

....sometimes both, if you're feeling ambitious.
