Please consider these chronic and persistent outrages against even
American citizens whenever you hear about threats by one nation against
another. The United States is a fascist police state.

They literally tell us we cannot "criticize the government" or face
being permanently committed to a mental institution. There is evidence
of this exact GAG ORDER on my website.

Kick the US off the Security Council. We all know they have no right
to be judging the intents of other nations as regards threats or

Regarding the Corrupt "Court" System

To substantiate and document my complaints of a false arrest and the
loss of my commercial and private properties due to a flawed justice
system- flawed at many levels- I submit the following documentation and
correspondence in the interest of establishing a separate secret court.

The reason for the secret court, is that use of the Statewide Bar
Counsel, the Judicial Review Board, or State's Attorney Christopher
Morano's Office of Public Integrity, or direct complaints to Governor
Rell or any of the "elected representatives," results in
retaliation and false criminal charges.

If a person calls the main complaint number at Morano's Office of
Public Integrity, the voicemail message is that the person should
complain directly to the agency involved in the illegal behavior or the
illegal persecution of the whistleblower for more of the same
persecution and false criminal charges.

We have seen this happen on numerous occasions.

It is worse than pointless to complain about the illegal behavior of
any of the State employees.

This retaliation and intimidation has gone on for over 10 years and the
legislators know about it, because of the Ritt Goldstein Hearing heard
in the legislative office building in December of 1996.

"Bill Collins, a former four term Mayor of Norwalk and State
Representative of Connecticut: "Guns are looked upon differently here,
for familiar historic reasons. So are the police. While other countries
feel it's important to install civilian oversight, we feel the

Mostly, that preference has to do with race. Many Americans feel that
blacks are a menace to their safety, and if police have to rough them
up once in a while to keep them in their place, so be it. And if some
whites also get mistreated in this exuberance of power, well, that's a

thinking in Connecticut".7

This abuse to the citizenry has been well-documented in the past.
Things have only gotten worse. The State of Connecticut was sued in a
class action over color of law and deprivation of rights, and since it
was a class action, the State was given the documentation regarding
numerous cases.

From the Judges Approval Hearing held in March 2006, the following is

part of the record:

CHRIS KENNEDY (21 March 2006, Hartford, Legislative Office Building):
"Yes, and this isn't the first time that you've heard this complaint
against Judge Kaplan. I gave the same testimony a year ago. And I met
with you in person.
And even with you, Representative Lawlor, I presented you with the
transcripts and you told me flat-out that you're not interested, twice,
on two occasions."

Representative Lawlor was on the Judiciary Committee in 1996, and he is
on the Committee now, but this was the abusive response by Lawlor to an
innocent constituent who was falsely arrested because he grieved a
judge (Jonathan Kaplan) to the Judicial Review Board.

Retaliation by State officials is well-established. When I personally
complained to Jodi Rell's staff, I was told in no uncertain terms,
that my complaint would be forwarded to Arthur Spada for further
retaliation against myself

Had not a judge grieved another judge, (Borden vs Sullivan) over
Sullivan's defrauding the legislators over the nomination of Peter
Zarella, these Judicial Reform Hearings would remain unheard.

The common person is not allowed to grieve a judge.

The documented complaints to the Judicial Review Board are shredded.

This is fact.

Christopher Kennedy grieved a judge for asserting that due to
Christopher Kennedy being Irish and a Catholic, Mr. Kennedy was likely
to be inferior in person and values. The judge was Jonathan Kaplan.

Mr. Kennedy subsequently was retaliated against by State's Attorney
Christopher Parakilas, and a warrant was falsely made out for Mr.
Kennedy's arrest, for the "perjury" of neglecting to mention that
a restraining order against Mr. Kennedy's former wife for stabbing
Mr. Kennedy. Was dropped. Parakilas wanted a bond of one half million
dollars. This was clearly meant to place Mr. Kennedy in jail for at
least a year, before his 'cases" would be heard, for Mr. Kennedy
having being the victim of two crimes.

This nonsense goes on all the time in the "courts." The State's
Attorneys are above the law, as are the "judges."

We need a separate court, from someone outside Connecticut, to hear in
private, evidence of the criminal behavior of the State of Connecticut
staff.

The judges should be elected, like they are in New York.

The DCF cases should be heard in public. A person can be charged with
a crime that DCF invented themselves, since all they do is lie and are
allowed to perjure themselves and defraud the courts, presently, in
secret.

The following documents prove that I was falsely arrested for defending
myself against threats of violence. I got no response from the police
in my town, except for abuse.

The police perjured themselves and said I never asked for police
protection. It is pretty clear that George Bush got my letter of
complaint and that his office responded. The police officers who
perjured themselves and said I never asked for police assistance as
regards abuse to myself and my property were State Troopers Amaral and
Langois.

The date of the assault on my person was October 11, 2001.

The date of the letter to the president explaining the potential for
this abuse was September 15, 2001.

The letter to the president was sent to the Small Business Association.

This proves these officers perjured themselves, refused to defend me
and my property, and that I had to defend myself from the assault.

I went to jail and suffered the loss of all of my property. I, and
others, demand restitution and the right to clear our names and
reputations.

We need a secret court to investigate the crimes that occur in the
courts, immediately and these "cases" need to be reheard in an
independent court, without the participation of any Connecticut
"judge" or State's Attorney.
