ASSUMING, that the "parking lot" incident is untrue, I would have to
assume that it is libelous on its face.

What you need to know, however, is that repeating it...over and
over...could be interpreted as a "republication" of the libel...and
actionable in and of itself. Each and every time it is repeated.

Meaning, that repeating the thing, especially with even more explicit
references to the identities of the parties than the original...could
theoretically expose the person re-publishing the libel to liability.

What I CANNOT understand, however, is WHY someone would do this in the
first place , IF they had any compassion for the persons they claim
were libelled here.

And my conclusion is that this person obviously has no sympathy or
concern for the injury to the people involved...but is only interested
in exploiting the incident for whatever trivial, momentary advantage
could be gained in an endless childish bickering match.

Just like when the same person posted graphic descriptions of alleged
sexual child abuse on the internet.

No concern for the feelings of others at all.
