Re: IDSA Guidelines...can anyone tell me what this means?

If you are under the impression that doctors read journals and
guidelines in the way that lawyers "read the law", you are sadly
mistaken. Doctors have more to do than sitting on their asses gleaning
the fine points. The ISDA guidelines are confusingly complex, and will
result in a lot of bad medicine.
