Re: IDSA Guidelines...can anyone tell me what this means?

"The IDSA guidelines state exactly what LDA suggests on this issue, to
wit, that clinical diagnosis refers only to the rash"
................................

patently untrue. this is simply NOT the case. I looked over what LDA
and ILADS 'suggests' on this issue, and it most definitely does not
correspond to what IDSA recommends wrt clinical diagnosis only applying
to the rash. for some reason I can't copy and paste, most likely
because I'm on a library computer. my computer got hit by a power
surge, and after getting it fixed, I can't get online for some reason,
probably because the mossad planted a virus in it.

repeatedly that the surveillance case definition is not a substitute
for sound clinical judgment. Given other compelling evidence, a
physician may choose to treat a patient for Lyme disease when their
condition does not meet the case definition".
