Notice that I said anyone who is voluntarily here and posting is
INVITING replies and is not being "stalked" or "harrassed".
Understand the difference between that and someone attacking someone on
the web?
Also...one ruling in some court in Florida usually doesn't make
anything particularly clear.
Maybe in Florida...maybe not.
Threatening someone...like, say, a prosecutor hearing your case on the
'net...that would be potentially another matter...but probably covered
under various other laws, anyway.
