That's why he got the job as US Attorney in the
first place. There are too many entanglements
between Yale and "law enforcement," for
there to be justice.

We (ha ha, Kathleen make funny joke, like
"we" means us, the citizens, as in "law
enforcement" works for us/we the people),
hire the Yalie whores for the court, the
Yalie RICO perps are all on the Corrupticut
Medical Board, and Yale has infiltrated UCONN
Medical Center.

SmithKline was granted a "partnership"
in NIH Biodefense as a reward for the FRAUD
of Lyme Disease and LYMErix:

*Screw *Yale and the CT local USDOJ - these
corporate hoes. REAL Americans don't suck
up to corporate fraudsters. Real Americans
throw the tea overboard.

We can all make a personal choice: Either
you're an American or you're a Republican.
Promoting O'Connor drew the line in the sand
for us all.

And he's a disgrace to the race.

That is just plain a lie. (See the rest of the article below)

You get even get past the moron telephone answerers at the local
stupid New Haven FBI, who will not only yell at you, but will also switch
you to a dead telephone line where you wait for 20 minutes before
you realize no one is going to pick up.

Ha ha. Funny joke.

The US Attorney's office in Corrupticut is 100% incompetent.
Mr. Blumenthal even sent US Attorney Kevin J. O'Connor a letter
in the fall of 2003, on my (our) behalf, asking O'Connor to please
give me an audience so I could explain this Lyme RICO crime in
person, as I have now done on the YouTube videos, three years later.
http://www.actionlyme.org/USDOJ_COMPLAINT_RICO.htm

O'Connor never responded to either me or Mr. Blumenthal.

As I hold Rell to be an ignorant, unaccountable snob,
the same is true for "law enforcement" in this "state."

Common sense tells us that an analytical chemist might have
some training in these matters. And, a person is not allowed
to make a false statement or complaint to law enforcement.

"If there are needs in Connecticut, they'll be heard directly, not
through filters," Twardy said.

That is just complete and total bull***. The minute we found
out the Mr and Mrs US Attorney O'Connors were next door neighbors
with the Rowlands at Bantam Lake, and that O'Connor's wife
also "worked on Rowland's re-election campaign," and also that
O'Connor's wife worked in Rowland's legal office during all the
DCF-Rowlandgate crime, Kevin J. O'Connor should have been fired.

THE WHOLE STATE knew Ragaglia was "runnin around
wid em." Even the Catholic priest in the women's prison.
(Who tells a priest a whore story? It was *no* *secret.*)

THE HARTFORD COURANT were the ones who started to uncover
this crime (after Bill Curry). A day after the COURANT reported the dealings
at the Rowland Bantam Lake cottage, the FBI showed up. What were
the O'Connors doing right next door all along?

EVERY CONNECTICUT RESIDENT KNOWS it's all about real estate.
(I got a 1/2 acre near Misquamicut Beach, so I'll be fine, thanks.)

Ya see. These O'Connors are these snobbery type of people
like Rell, whose poop doesn't stink. This is ATTITUDE, this is
as Rep. Bill Dyson says, a "PERCEPTION" problem:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYHdqKroHmk

RACISM in the Corrupticourts. Dyson and his group were
then only ones asking legitimate questions. The rest was a
truly nauseating schmooze fest that left us attendees so sick,
we swore that at the next such "Judge Approval Hearing," barf
bags would be handed out at the door.

It was THAT REVOLTING. ("Oh, Fairfield Prep is a *fine* school."
"Oh, my nephew went to school with your daughter." "Oh, you know
so-and-so, so I'm sure you'll be a *FINE* judge...")

http://www.actionlyme.org/CRIMINAL_JUSTICE_FARCE_HEARING_25_March_06.htm

2) Regarding the following text from the transcripts from the 06 March 06
hearings,
we would like to know how the following transpired "off the record," and where
Mr. Christopher "

$500,000-Bond-for-a-False-Arrest-for-Filing-Complaints-about-the-Corruption-in-t
he-Corrupticourts"
Kennedy was clear in his complaints and actions, the Judicial Committee
offered
Mr. Kennedy
no recourse?:

REP. LAWLOR: Thank you, Mr. Del Vecchio. Are there any questions? If not,
thanks
for
coming in. It's good to get the input of someone who has had firsthand
experience as well.

There you go. If there's no other persons in testifying today, we'll call this
public hearing to
a, oh, I'm sorry, Representative Hovey.

REP. HOVEY: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Before you, I'm not sure what the protocol
is, do you
want to close the public hearing? I have a comment I want to make.

REP. LAWLOR: Oh, sure, I can close the public hearing. No problem, it's okay.

REP. HOVEY: Okay, I just wanted to say that I respect the, respectfully object
to the
delay in the votes on these judges because it's my understanding that the
delay
is
due to one of the nominees specifically.

"And, from my perspective, we've appointed and appraised judges who have had
significant issues with demeanor.

"They're arrogant, pretentious and even dishonest,.....

- - - - -

BUT THESE "They're arrogant, pretentious and even dishonest,..... " JUDGES
GOT APPROVED ANYWAY.

"No filter?"

Bull***. Nothing is going to change. Not unless the entire
state has a brain transplant.

We got Rell again... <SSsssssss sound of tires deflating..>

Now they PROMOTED O'Connor.

I think "Bull***" will soon be listed as a legitimate
cause of death. ("Patient expired because she lived
in Corrupticut and her Bull*** Detector was not set on a
logarithmic scale.")

State's Top Federal Prosecutor Named To Anti-Violence Post

Will Lead Crackdown On Gangs, Illegal Guns

By JOHN CHRISTOFFERSEN
Associated Press

December 28 2006

NEW HAVEN -- Connecticut's top federal prosecutor has been appointed to a
national position focused on combating violence amid signs that a three-year
lull in crime is ending, officials said Wednesday.

U.S. Attorney Kevin O'Connor has been named associate deputy attorney general
at
the U.S. Justice Department, where he will lead a team focused on violent
crime
and initiatives to crack down on gangs and illegal guns. He also plans to remain
U.S. attorney for Connecticut for at least six months.

"I'm honored that they asked me to do it," O'Connor said. "To me this is a
great
opportunity to be involved on the national level on the same issues I've been
involved in on a local level."

Preliminary FBI data released last week showed that slayings and robberies
continued to rise across the country during the first six months of 2006.
Violent crime figures are on pace for a second straight annual increase.
Violent
crime rose 2.2 percent nationally last year - the first increase since 2001.

Authorities around the country also are worried about a resurgence in gangs.
O'Connor held the state's first gang summit in September, and his office has
been stepping up prosecutions.

O'Connor, who was appointed U.S. attorney in 2002 and starts his new position
next week, also has been active in Project Safe Neighborhoods, which targets
gun-carrying felons and has recovered about 4,000 guns over the past five years,
he said.

His appointment comes nearly a year after Attorney General Alberto Gonzales
announced an expanded program to combat gang violence, including an infusion
of
federal funds for cities with gang problems. His plan also called for
expanding
Project Safe Neighborhoods to include more anti-gang efforts and a new
national
gang task force.

O'Connor, whose new job will not increase his salary of about $145,000, said
he
will be in Connecticut as least once a week and plans to keep his Connecticut
position for at least six months.

"I have no plans of stepping down as U.S. attorney unless circumstances lead
me
to conclude doing two jobs is having a negative effect on either one,"
O'Connor
said. "I would not have accepted this offer from the deputy attorney general
if
I was not fully confident my leadership team could manage this district very
effectively in my absence."

O'Connor's new position could help Connecticut with its law enforcement needs as
well as position O'Connor for a top Justice Department position, said Stan
Twardy, a former U.S. attorney for Connecticut. Others have held dual roles
before, he said.

"If there are needs in Connecticut, they'll be heard directly, not through
filters," Twardy said.
