McSweegan (BELOW) is hoping against hope that Blumenthal's office
does not understand that the "evidence based medicine" upon which
IDSA
determined that Lyme is not a real disease (although "prevented"
by the bogus vaccines McSweegan and IDSA simultaneously push),
is fraudulent science.

Blumenthal's office has the Dearborn booklet. They know what happened
with
the bogus bloodwork for Lyme, which is the foundation for the
qualification of
subsequent "vaccines" and fraudulent "evidence" based guidelines.

They know. Blumenthal's office *knows* what Gary Wormser previously
published about the CDC's current -and bogus- method for the detection
of
Lyme in a human. Wormser said it was bogus. Thus, Klempner's Lyme
treatment
"study" is bogus (but that's in addition to Klempner himself proving
ceftriaxone
does not kill all the spirochetes).

Ceftriaxone is not for knee disease. CEF means head. Ceftriaxone is
for meningitis, which is why it was used for Lyme in the first place:

Sweeg's pretty hysterical here. Hoping against hope that more
BS from morons will fly in a courtroom.

Klempner was debunked in June 2001, as soon as he came out
with his nonsense. The essence of the antitrust part of the
AntiTrust
case is that Blumenthal knows IDSA is lying about the foundations of
their "research" and their "results."

IDSA and Yale and New York Medical College are lying about the
foundations of all of their subsequent published BS. Subsequent to
the establishment of the "entrepreneurial trio's" little RICO entity
known
as the AMERICAN LYME DISEASE FOUNDATION. (You know. American.

They started out with the lie that Lyme can only be an arthritis in a

That Lyme as a neurological disease and a stealth disabler -which is

Evidence based medicine: increasing, not dictating, choice

The systematic synthesis of evidence is the foundation of all medical
discoveries and of good clinical practice


Evidence based medicine is healthcare practice that is based on
integrating knowledge gained from the best available research
evidence, clinical expertise, and patients' values and circumstances.
It is
curious, even shocking, that the adjective "evidence based" is needed.
The
public must wonder on what basis medical decisions are made otherwise.
Is it
intuition? Magic? The public must also wonder what happens to the
research
evidence in which they have invested-either directly through taxes or
indirectly
through buying drugs and other medical products-if it is not guiding
clinical
practice.

How could something so intuitively obvious to lay people not be
similarly viewed
by clinicians? And how could this medical milestone be so
misunderstood by some?
Critics of evidence based medicine worry that it dictates a single
"right" way
to practise, despite differences among patients; that some self
appointed group
of "experts" will declare only one type of study to be useful; or
that
healthcare decisions will be made solely on the basis of costs and
cost savings.
Giving a name to evidence based medicine and, now, awarding it
milestone status
could help everyone to realise that it is about making decisions that
are based
on the best available evidence, not dictating what clinicians do.

This is something else Blumenthal doesn't seem to understand. The list
keeps
growing. Good thing he only plays a doctor in the A.G.'s office. Of
course with
his silly investigation of the IDSA he also seems to be playing a
lawyer.
