Not entirely sure if it was the same one...but there was a similar
discussion posted over around the same time there concerning the same
posting, yes...

My impression at the time was that it was posted by the genuine
"8man12" and not one of Chuck's infantile extremely transparent James
Bond-style "psy-ops" impersonations.

I vaguely recall some discussion of the possibilities of state
regulatory or disciplinary boards looking at someone like Bach...and
someone else, (correctly, to my view)...pointing out that the powers
of these boards to discipline anyone varies widely, depending to a
great degree, on budgetary concerns. We have, for instance, here in
Chicago, a woefully under-funded state licensing and regulatory board.
There have been some very well-publicized and dramatic examples of
physician malfeasance which the State of Illinois simply lacks the
resources to pursue.

Yes, it is certainly curious over there at LymeNUT...the way
criticisms of particular doctors are allowed and other criticisms of
other doctors seem to mysteriously disappear...sort of magically, I
guess.

It almost looks...well..."anti-competitive, in a way"...doesn't it?
