I think that sounds like an excellent plan.

Perhaps you could create a research facility for the study of sexually-
transmitted Lyme disease?

(Although...it sort of looks like part of the deal includes having to
socialize with politicians and get your picture taken and so on...and
while I'm sure that sort of thing probably comes in handy when
regulatory types start poking their noses around...it is sort of
distasteful...and I imagine that you probably have to spread some of
the wealth around before some of them will decide to get their
pictures taken with you...I'll bet they aren't in the same pictures
because their wives happened to bump into each other at Wal-Mart).
