Nonsense. You don't know what the IDSA "knows". You just assume that
they read the evidence as you do. (Mindreading seems to be a major
talent in Lymeland).

Clearly they do not and it really doesn't encourage a useful exchange
of ideas to go around slinging this kind of pointless accusation.

In case you haven't heard...they don't agree with your assumptions.
That's their stated position...NOT based on your deduction of what
they must "know". IF there were a major conflict on the Guidelines
Panel...and the majority prevailed...you realize that this was just a
committee process, right? And that the entire body then ratified it?
So...what's your point? Even if there are dissenting voices...the end
result is still the decision of the entire body, regrdless of what you
claim they "knew".

Bottom line: there is considerable and growing evidence that Lyme
borreliosis can become chronic, despite antibiotic treatment.

This may be true. I don't "know", myself.

 Even the
IDSA’s Lyme disease “experts” know so.

Doubt this one...(that is the "know" part).

Perhaps...you would be so kind as to explain WHY...if they "knew"
this...that they would have then gone and recommended the Guidelines
in this form?

I mean, since you have such insight into what they "knew"...
