Subject: MURDER CHARGES... Lyme disease - The 1993 Hearings

This is how the murder charge will be made:
http://www.actionlyme.org

http://www.actionlyme.org/USDOJ_3.jpg
Click to enlarge, and the click again to enlarge further. This is
page 3 of the
RICO complaint filed with the USDOJ in July 2003, after the FDA itself
having been
informed in person (by myself), that this testing for Lyme is a hoax
and that no
one agreed with Allen Steere that Lyme could only be a HLA-related
hypersensitivity
or allergy reaction to OspA.
http://www.actionlyme.org/DICKSON_FDA_SUBMISSION_FULL.htm
That's what was not scanned in by the FDA's Nancy Cherry (I assume).
http://www.fda.gov/ohrms/dockets/ac/01/slides/3680s2_11.pdf
You can see how many pages are missing... ALL THE ACTUAL STEERE/CDC
DATA WHICH SUPPORTS
MY ARGUMENTS!!

Steere's HLA on MedLine
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=pubmed&Cmd=DetailsSearch&Term=steere+AC[Author]+AND+HLA[All+Fields]
As you can see, Steere's kind of Lyme is restricted to certain
haplotypes.

On the left (of RICO page 3), is Neuroborreliosis. Neuroborreliosis
is not treated
with Steere's aspirin. Neuroborreliosis is treated (and retreated)
with intravenous
ceftriaxone.
http://www.actionlyme.org/FALLON_DANGEROUS_TERRORIST.htm
http://www.actionlyme.org/BRAIN_PERMANENT.htm
Neuroborreliosis is diagnosed by Borreliae-specific antiflagellar
antibodies ONLY,
since the the Osps are varying DNA.

TWO REPORTS PUBLISHED IN EUROPE BY ALLEN STEERE (not accessible full
text online,
which is why he did it that way) WHICH SHOW the CRYME IN TESTING:

Antigens in Europe
http://www.actionlyme.org/STEERE_IN_EUROPE.htm

Dressler Steere
http://www.actionlyme.org/STEERE_DRESSLER.htm

Steere's Original Standard was to look for changing and expanding IgM
and IgG
antibodies, since Lyme is a Relapsing Fever (the nature of the relapse
is in antigenic
variation)

Steere's original observations published in 1986:
http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/picrender.fcgi?artid=423723&blobtype=pdf

Steere said OspA and B were prominent antibody bands, originally, but
later he said
they weren't. How did that happen?

Steere illegally used high-passage strains (in Europe), leaving OspA
and B out of
the CDC's new diagnostic standard, since Yale, Imugen and L2
Diagnostics wanted
a monopoly on vaccines and testing.
http://www.actionlyme.org/CRYMEDISEASE_CHP3_B.htm

Since Schoen and Persing worked together on the RICO method and the
RICO patent,
and filed and published these in 1995-1996.
http://www.actionlyme.org/HOW_RICO_WILL_BE_CHARGED.htm

So, they HAD to have known (and admitted it), that they could not read
their Western
Blots in OspA-vaccinated people, and never were able to prove LYMErix
or ImmuLyme
prevented Lyme.

This is known as "scientific fraud and racketeering."

Leaving OspA and B out of the standard when they were the vaccine is
standard practice
in detection of vaccine outcomes but this should never have happened
in "Lyme
Disease," because Lyme is really just Relapsing Fever (a permanent
neurologic
disease with low or no antibodies, just like syphilis) and the nature
of the "relapse"
is that there can never be a vaccine against it.
http://www.actionlyme.org/SELECTION_PRESSURE_NO_VACCINE_POSSIBLE.htm

And NO, the vaccines for dogs don't work, either.

Unfortunately, MDs dont know what they're talking about, and worse,
they can't
be TOLD they don't know what they're talking about. No one from ILADS
is
saying these things in the specific way that they should be said, and
the FDA is
completely silent on Lyme.

What are we paying the FDA for, if they have no idea what they're
supposed to
be doing and even email me a link to a disclaimer page, which shows
they don't
even look at the data BigPharma sends them to see of BigPharma is
playing by FDA's
rules on the validation of an analytical method?

http://www.actionlyme.org/FDA_DISCLAIMS_JOB_RESPONSIBILIY.htm

If the FDA is doing this across the board, we don't need them. All we
need
is lawyers with a science background (I know, I'm hunting for an even
rarer
fish).
