Well, why, then, do people continue to insist that there are TWO
standards of care...when ILADS says that their Guidelines are not
supposed to be used this way?

Yes,
Allen Steere treats with long-term and repeated antibiotics.
So, there are two standards of care:
When ILADS does what Allen Steere does, that's bad.

So, yes, there are two standards of care.

Or one double-standard.
