New to group, checking to see if appropriate

Hello.
I've been doing some research and came to this group via cassia.org.
I've been dealing with health problems since returning from my
honeymoon in 1993. I recently posted on Medhelp and received a
response suggesting I consider LD.
Before I continue I'd like to see if this is the correct group for
help and what information I can provide to allow this group to help
me.
