Let the doctors practice medicine . Those are national guidelines in use for
very specific reasons. You haven't treated anyone in your life so you know
nothing.
Most prominent clinical researchers and or authorities in any clinical field
are consultants to the private sector companies. Private companies seek the
most prominent or the most competent according to the size of their practice
in evaluating any new equipment and or drug.
Doctors have always worked with companies that can have an impact on
medicine. There are many needs out there that can make a noticeable impact
on the practice of medicine.
Most hospitals are non profit and receive money from all sources. You do not
know anything about non profit and what that means.
You have an understanding of an adolescent and not one based on reality. Go
play with your chemistry set and pretend being a doctor with your cat.
