The above the response to this post in another newsgroup. One more
emperical example where your thesis that intake of iron from meat is the
cause of all disease/disorders, including this one. The reasons for this
disorder are very very well researched, the reasons known for it, and how
to control it. None of them involve one's iron status. Like other sites
of inflamation, iron will appear at a greater level, but it is not the
cause for the disorder which causes the inflamation and other problems,
the latter is the real danger, the inflamation only a secondary reaction.
