I guess the question of Markus can be about digestive enzymes.
Different kind of digestive enzymes are needed to break down different
kinds of food. But there are more than 13 of those. As far as I know,
it is easier for the digestive system to break down simple meals.
Also, some food combinations are easier to digest than others. From
the standpoint of easy digestion the combination of meat and potato is
not ideal, but not very bad either.
