exactly..... and what we have here are Dr's who have opted out of the health
care system entirely and the user pays for their service..... because
private insurance doesn't cover it, and the public sector doesn't cover it
either....... because the service isn't being provided by one of the "right"
providers

oh, it's also illegal under our care system for these Dr's to charge the
public sector.... because they aren't allowed to exist either

whatever!
