Don't the drug companies take primary basic research and then the
multi-nationals run with it?

Never. What does Finland care about the FDA? They only care about the data
concerning drugs and then each country does it's own clinical trials.

Didn't you say that Canada has a higher standard of living and more research
is done in Canada? They have more of the blame.
