The stresses are from cutbacks we've been enduring for about 10 years.
And people thinking they have to have every test and pill going
instead of doing something preventive.

I think it's all connected to a kind of sludge creep over the border.

Conservative country. Hmmm. Homeless shelters invaded by well-heeled
drunks have any resonance for you?
