On this one, I go along with France. If we would recycle, as
France is doing, there would not be that much waste, and ANY
of the current proposals by engineers for what cannot be
recycled will work.

I would not mind a nuclear plant in my "back yard"; it gives
off less radiation than a coal plant several miles away.
