What's surprising? Contrary to their American neighbourghs, they don't
accept their system as either perfect or hopelessly borked. So, they're
working their asses off at improving it, instead of sitting on their butts
and whining about their inflated taxes and the state of their healthcare
system like their American cousins.
Do you really ignore that all major private companies have similar boards,
where they try to pin-point what could be improved and what costs too much?
Does that means all these companies are failures? No, it means they're doing
their job at becoming better. But of course, Americans are not interrested
in their system becoming better, they don't mind paying enormous amount of
taxes for no result at all... The American public system has no
accountability problems, because noone asks it to be accountable for
anything... No wonder it performs so badly...
