I can't give you a study, but I can tell you that it appears to help
with my recent hernia surgery. I feel tugs from stretching and such.
But when I apply the Vitamin E it seems to remove the tug feeling and
slight discomfort.
Visually it looks better, too, with regular use. I also take 2,000
IU's internally which is quite a lot.
I was told many years ago that scarring is far more likely to occur if
the cut/incision isn't clean. But the 'E' seems to be speeding it up
too.
