Pretty certainly zinc would be good. Zinc tends to increase
testosterone a little which is often depressed after surgury.
In that your RBC is low, my suggest is that your testosterone
levels are on the low side. I'd get your testosterone, free
testosterone and dhea levels tested. Testosterone
increases the growth hormone levels. Some of the
so to be outlawed andros would likely speed recovery, IMO.
I'll suggest all the vitamins needs are increased and
additional multi grams dose arginine, orthinine, and
lysine might have merits as this is said increase GH
levels.
