Do you just make this nonsense up as you go? Wow. I would have voted
for JFK or even Robert F. had they not been murdered. I would have
fought against JFK and LBJ on the matter of Vietnam. I would have
supported them in civil rights. I would have supported JFK against the
Soviet Union's threats. The Soviet Union has about as much to do with
communism as fundamentalists have to do with their religious
tradition.
It is a rather tawdry tactic to claim what I would or would not have
done under hypothetical conditions, in any event.

That doesn't mean one doesn't fight for what is right. Making the best
of doesn't equate to rolling over and accepting without question.
