When trying to figure out if I was "one of the some" that something
applied too... I finally deduced that blood type was one of the key
markers in determining if a food would have a beneficial or
detrimental effect on me.
Turns out that blood type regulates immune system function, many
hormonal functions, and influences some other genetic
pre-dispositions.
For example, if I'm blood type A or O, removing dairy products from my
diet would be beneficial, whereas if I were blood type B, removing soy
(especially tempeh, miso and other fermented forms of soy) would be
beneficial.
Hence, not one diet for everybody (for acne), but a diet based on
one's own heredity.
