You spend five minutes in the office for one and he mainly takes care of the
disease or complaint that you go in for. I did not say that they don't care
only that they don't have the time.
It is impersonal in that the patient is not active but passive in his
interaction with health professionals. It is a one way street of diagnosis
and treatment with the doctor doing most of the talking.
You're confusing the science behind the art

Western medicine is impersonal and if you had practiced anywhere but the US
high tech centers and out into third world medicine, you would know the
