Most of the diet books have 200 or less, a 100 g would be close to most.
There is no standard measure of "low" to distinguish it from what could be
termed modified or moderate. The level is not usually presented with
regard to calorie intake so the 2000 is a mute point. Having looked at
your list before, good job, all/most of the foods from grains and tubers
and most fruits and lentiles would have to be tossed to avoid the 100 or
so level. Then giving consideration to good health as another parameter
would require a redo of your list to somehow get the nutrients, including
fiber, which it currently has but present in the above broad categories.
"Low" is relative usually to standard guidelines and/or observed practices
in the US. The latest guidelines actually has a range of percent of
calories from carbs, 45 to 60 is typical. So one can be "low" in that
range and easily use the foods list you have prepared. The 45 percent
would be 200 g of carbs, so the diet books and the guidelines meet at that
point.
