However, if you had to choose between the two, at least some fruit
juices aren't empty calories in the sense that there is often some
important vitamins found in the fruit juices (e.g., Vitamin C) and
you'll almost never find any vitamins in traditional soda pop, although
I think maybe that's changing. Still, though, what's best is whole
foods.
