I agree. But the amount of vitamins, minerals, etc., in juice compared the
whole fruit from which it came is enornmous. I definitely recommend whole
foods rather than juices. Personally, I drink water with caffience and
nutrasweet (aka diet soda). If I drank juice or regular soda, I would be two
or three sizes bigger.
