Aren't lectins natural and thus all good for you?
So no matter what your blood type is then I guess you should stay away from
lectins? Or only if you are type A?
I don't see anything in the article mentioning eat for your blood type or
blood type even mentioned. They sound like ignorant doctors not knowing
about eating for your blood type.
