Same here in Canada, where dam-created lakes are loaded with organic
mercury and our Great Lakes have the PCBs. I rely on canned Alaska
pink salmon - the Alaska fishery is one of the few in the world that
is sustainably managed and there's very little pollution along the
eastern Aleutian chain compared to most places in the world.
