Wow, it sounds like there is controversy over flax seed. That's ok with
me since I don't believe any one thing can fix this problem. Now, one
person says my diet may be too low in fat. I don't eat nuts, so I'm
wondering if I should run out and buy almonds or is this just a ploy
from the almond company to sell more almonds? Eating a low carb diet is
not for me. Life is too short. I don't eat a huge amount of fats but I
do eat some desserts and I do eat meat sometimes. I've cut back a lot
on cheese but I use cheese in cooking my meatless meals. I also try to
use part skim or non fat cheese in such meals as veggie lasagna. I use
whole grain such as brown rice, kasha, and barley but not every day.
I'm wondering if there is no hope for me. I can't imagine eating
almonds is going to fix this.
