What got me researching nutrition in the first place was the fact that
I was eating less and less and I was still getting fat. I switched over
to a low-carb diet, started eating more food, never went hungry, lots
of fats, and I still lost all the weight I wanted to lose. And here I
am 5 or 6 years later and I've never felt better, I've never been
healthier. And the weight is still gone.

Calories mean squat. They're just designed to confuse people and to try
to get them to eat less fats and more refined and manufactured carbs
for more profits to the food industry.
