Peptic ulcers and nutrition guidelines?

Hi,
recently I had a small adventure with my stomach
and the exams indicated peptic ulcer.
I am trying to find a white- and black-list of food
and drinks that someone should follow in order to
have healthy nutrition in regards to peptic ulcers.
One of the many reasons that I am asking this is because
I am a bit confused myself regarding what is bad or good
for the stomach in such cases.
It seems to be that there is different evidence over time, e.g.
beer (actually the yeast incredient) was supposed to be good for
the stomach and not wine and recently I have been told the opposite
by a doctor. On the other hand, coke is supposed to be unhealthy and
many people agree with it.
I would appreciate any info on this matter, or where I could find out
information about nutrition best practices.
Many Thanks.
Akis,
